Business After Hours (BAH) / Business Before Hours (BBH)

Sponsor Benefits 
During the event you will be given an opportunity to speak for approximately 5 minutes about your business and/or services.  Please make resource materials available to the attendees.  This will be the perfect time for you to showcase your company and/or services to area business people who may become your clients or refer business to you.

As a sponsor you have three responsibilities:

1.	Host the event at your place of business.
2.	If you are sponsoring the Business After Hours (BAH): you’d Provide hor d’ oeuvres and beverages for the attendees (exact number of people attending will be provided several days before the event).  At your option, you may provide a cash or open bar (a one-day liquor license must be obtained from the town at your expense for a cash bar). 
3.	If you are sponsoring the Business Before Hours (BBH): you would provide Breakfast and beverages. 
4.	Provide the Chamber with written information on your business and/or services, and any additional details of your event that will make it attractive for Chamber members to attend.

Sponsorship Includes:
Announcements of your sponsorship will appear in the Chamber newsletter, broadcast email and fax to the entire Chamber membership.  Announcements will also be made at all Chamber functions held four to six weeks prior to your event.

Sponsorship Fee: $500.00

Networking Breakfast (NWB)
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Sponsor Benefits 
It is understood that the sponsor will receive advance media exposure in chamber newsletter, broadcast email and fax.  The sponsor will receive tickets for two breakfasts on the day of sponsorship. (Additional breakfasts for sponsor guests are available for $20 each).  The sponsor will have five (5) minutes to make a presentation at the end of the breakfast, after the whole room introduction.  The sponsor may place a company banner or sign in the room.  The sponsor may put literature at each place setting, and place signs in the room.  

Sponsorship Includes:
It is agreed that the Chamber will provide the media support as described in Sponsor Benefits paragraph above.  Within one week after the breakfast, the Chamber will provide a complete list, including walk-ins, of breakfast attendees (contact name, business name, address and phone number

Announcement at the Chamber Breakfast the month of your sponsorship.
